1. Acceptance
These Terms of use govern access to and use of F&IAgents — Finance & Investment Agents (hereinafter, “F&IAgents”). By registering or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms, by the Legal notice, and by the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Service description
F&IAgents is a gamified financial education platform offering short lessons, quizzes, and a progress system (XP, levels, streaks, badges, Financial IQ) covering digital finance, investing, the stock market, market analysis, trading psychology, crypto assets, and fintech. The service is exclusively educational: F&IAgents does not offer personalized financial advice, does not recommend buy or sell transactions, and does not manage users' money or investment portfolios.
3. Account registration
To access the content you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must provide truthful information when registering.
4. Personal data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of use. We process your registration, educational progress, billing, and technical data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679), based on the performance of the subscription contract and, where applicable, your consent. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to info@financeandinvestmentagents.com. 5. Price, free trial, and billing
F&IAgents offers a permanent free tier with limited access to the platform. The Premium plan costs €4.99/month or €39.99/year, and includes a 14-day free trial period; cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. The Premium subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen) until you cancel it. [To be completed with the payment provider used, once defined.] If you are an end consumer residing in the European Union, your country's consumer protection regulations (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU) may grant you a right of withdrawal; note that starting to use the digital service during the free trial period may affect that right.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user profile. Cancelling avoids future charges; already-billed periods are not refunded, unless applicable law states otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You may not: share your account with third parties, attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site, copy or redistribute the educational content for commercial purposes, or use the Site for any purpose other than your own learning.
8. No financial advice
F&IAgents's content is general and educational. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and does not take your personal situation into account. Any investment decision is the sole responsibility of the user. F&IAgents is not liable for losses arising from financial decisions made based on the Site's content.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (lessons, texts, illustrations, brand, and code) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Raúl Daniel Medina Moncada or its licensors. Access via subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right of use, not the assignment of those rights.
10. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may update F&IAgents's content, features, or price, as well as these Terms of use. Any relevant change will be published on this page with its update date; continued use of the Site after a change implies acceptance of it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, as Germany is the owner's country of establishment. For any dispute, and without prejudice to any mandatory rights that your country of residence's consumer protection laws may grant you if you are an end consumer within the EU, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Speyer, Germany.
